This year will mark the Birth of Low End Festival. The Festival will take place on Friday the 28th and Saturday the 29th of August 2009.
The main aim of the festival is to attract people to metal in Ireland and give Irish groups some exposure by playing along side international acts.
The Festival is held in The Forum, Co. Waterford, Ireland.
