The 14th edition of annual open air festival BRUTAL ASSAULT is scheduled for the first week of August , in the concrete from 6th till 8th of August. The place to be is still the festival grounds of the Old Army Fortress in Josefov.
Napalm Death, Behemoth and Moonspell are among the bands that will perform at the Caos Emergente Metal Festival in Porto, Portugal on September 11-13, 2009.
Minnesota MetalFest is the new premiere festival for heavy metal acts in Minnesota. This year’s festival will take place on Labor Day – Monday, September 7 at the Station 4 nightclub in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Station 4 is the premiere club for heavy metal acts in the state, booking more metal acts per capita than any other venue in Minnesota.

Also, as previously announced, the PAGANFEST USA: Part 2 tour will be making a stop on the first night (May 7) of this year’s Powerfest to kick it off again with some amazing Pagan metal!
